Class time is 8am to 5pm both days. There will be a one hour lunch break (lunch is not provided).

There is no sleeping room block or negotiated rate for this event.
Day parking is available on local nearby streets for free. Overnight parking with the hotel's valet service is $22/day. Please call our office (312-920-9393) for more information on parking.

What to Bring & Wear
Please bring a pen and notebook to take notes. Many students find it helpful to also bring a highlighter, calculator, and ruler.

Dress is business casual, but feel free to wear comfortable clothes.

What We Will Provide
You will receive a manual on the first day of class. The manual will include a printout of both the online training material and the material to be covered in the classroom. You are not required to purchase any additional books for the class.
